Our Snapshot is an address-based screening built around the local regulatory framework—zoning constraints, common jurisdiction triggers, and plan-check expectations—so you get a clear, practical direction rather than generic advice.

We start by identifying the highest-impact constraints that typically affect feasibility and schedule (setbacks, access, utilities, site limitations, and jurisdiction review pathways). From there, we outline the most likely permit path for your property, provide a rough design budget range to help you plan responsibly, and flag your top three risks—the items most likely to cause delays, redesign, or cost escalation if missed early.

Once the Snapshot is complete, we deliver clear next steps and recommend the right path forward (Pre-Design Packet or Premium ADU Package) based on your goals and ROI priorities. If you decide to move forward within 30 days, we apply a credit from the Feasibility Snapshot toward your project—so your first step doesn’t get wasted; it becomes the foundation for a faster, cleaner move into permit-ready design and approval.
