We provide structural analysis and design services in Southern California that keep projects safe, buildable, and ready for permit. From there, we develop structural plans including a foundation design tailored to soils, building type, and local requirements, informed by available geotechnical report data and/or jurisdiction standards. We produce framing plans for wood, steel, or concrete, along with concise structural detailing that contractors can build from without guesswork. Retrofit and remodel scopes are also a core part of our practice, including seismic retrofit plans that upgrade existing structures to current performance expectations.

Beyond design, we support projects in the field to confirm construction aligns with the approved documents. We perform field verifications to confirm existing conditions—especially for retrofits and renovations—and provide structural observations at key milestones, supported by construction observation reports and code-aligned documentation. The result is a coordinated structural package that satisfies reviewers, supports the overall design, and gives contractors a clean roadmap from layout through final inspection.
